All sales are final on BABY B BOSS DESIGNER STORES AND BOUTIQUES, this is because we have over 10,000 pieces coming from factories around the world that do not allow us to return anything  so to make this work and have fun when you shop we have made it so you can stockpile your purchases and not worry about paying for shipping.

 

 

 We take an active role in every purchase made to ensure clients have a great experience. If you look below we have included size chart link suggestions or diagrams for you to take a picture of or open on your phone before you order anything to keep you organized before you order. Please do not order anything until you use a size chart and double check all the measurements are accurate. We ask our customers to make sure when checking measurements that on our site it's mostly posted in inches however some factories only post cm so please check the sizes posted very carefully as you do your order because all SALES ARE FINAL. If you do accidentally order something that does not fit you we suggest keeping the tags on it and posting it on your local Facebook marketplace or a similar app to sell it to get your money back. We are honest and upfront about the fact that our factories are far away and the shipping would cost you the customer more than the item itself would so this is why we just prepare the customer in advance so we can all avoid ordering the wrong size. IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION WE RECOMMEND TO ORDER WAY OF YOUR OCCASION SO THAT YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO GO THRU THE PROCESS OF TAILOR FITTING IT WHEN IT ARRIVES AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RUSH

 PLEASE BRING A SUIT FROM HOME TO THE TAILOR SHOP ALONG WITH OUR SIZES AND OUR STORE WEBPAGE SO THEY CAN SEE ALL THE MEASUREMENTS ON OUR LISTING BEFORE ORDERING A SUIT SO THAT YOUR TAILOR KNOWS EXACTLY HOW IT WILL FIT YOU BEFORE YOU ORDER. THEY ALSO WILL RECOMMEND WHAT IS BEST SUITED FOR YOUR SIZE. ALL SUITS REQUIRE CUSTOM FITTING SO WHEN YOU ORDER THEY WILL PURPOSELY HAVE A SEAM ALLOWANCE THAT IS LARGER THAN YOUR SIZE  TO ALLOW IT TO BE TAILOR FIT JUST FOR YOU.

SUIT PANTS DO NOT FIT LIKE JEANS AND SIT DIFFERENTLY ON YOUR WAIST ALSO SO THEY WILL SHOW YOU AT THE FITTING AND MEASURE YOUR WAIST ACCORDINGLY.

WE DO RECOMMEND THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES TO ONLY OPEN THE BOX AT THE TAILOR SHOP, SO THAT THEY CAN PIN IT ON YOU EXACTLY WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO SIT AND AGAIN AVOID CONFUSION TO THE SIZING.


 We have done this process in our store for the past 30 years and it works perfectly and always avoids any confusion on your order ...remember suits are custom made so what you ordered from us is the shell and the tailor is there to custom fit it to what you like.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a request for anything to do with your shipment however that concerns you would love to hear from you after you have applied our tracking number protocols, If you do need to call us please make sure you do within 24 hours of your shipments arriving for us to check our insurance protocols....just note the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures for us to provide to the insurance agent if we did need to go that route.

To have any communication with our customer service agent you can contact us at info@babybirdieboss.com. If your item is requested to be returned due to human error from the factory and is accepted by us to process, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. AND ALL SHIPMENTS COMING BACK TO US ARE TO BE COVERED BY YOU THE BUYER IF THE INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER YOUR REQUEST.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Bathing suits and undergarments are FINAL sales due to hygiene reasons.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



RETURNS  ARE A CREDIT NOT A REFUND BECAUSE NO FACTORY WILL ALLOW US TO RETURN SO WE WILL ABSORB THE COST THRU A CREDIT ONLY TOWARDS ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE IN OUR STORES.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the CREDIT was approved or not. Insurance claims will only be considered if the customer follows the protocol

 

l mentioned above of taking pictures and making sure the tags and the product are as it was in the box at arrival and notifying us within 24 hours of receiving it. If approved, you’ll be automatically ALLOWED TO ORDER ANOTHER ITEM AND WE WILL USE THE CREDIT AS A PAYMENT toward THE PURCHASE. Please remember our company will do what it takes to make it right but we are also aware of all the scams out in the e-commerce market and have them all in place to ensure our company and our customers are protected hence we follow the rules of the insurance companies to make it a happy process.
