SHIPPING DETAILS:

Please be advised that each item is custom made at a separate factory, resulting in individual shipments for each item. Therefore, it is unlikely that your items will be bundled together. We kindly request your patience while awaiting your shipment. For instance, if you order 5 pieces, they will have 5 different delivery dates. Typically, these deliveries will arrive within a few days of each other. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to track your items using the provided tracking number to ensure they are on their way.

If you are placing an order from a country outside of Canada, we strongly recommend that you consult your consulate regarding any potential international customs fees associated with your shipments. Each customer is responsible for conducting research in this regard, as customs laws vary from country to country. Please note that we do not include any of these fees in the order, and we have no control over whether your package will incur these fees upon reaching customs or border inspections worldwide. It is important to research in advance to determine if any of your orders will be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. All our products are custom made in nine different countries around the world. To avoid confusion, we allow customers to shop based on the weight of each package.

Rest assured that all packages are protected by insurance against unforeseen circumstances, providing you with a secure shopping experience. Please anticipate a delivery time of up to 21 days for your parcel to arrive, although in most cases it will be delivered within a week. Please be aware that delivery services do not operate on weekends. Therefore, if you place an order over the weekend, it will be received, but the processing will commence on Monday.

Please note that returns are not accepted, and only items covered by insurance will be protected in case of unexpected unforeseen circumstances.
